Early voting begins Monday for the city council runoff election for districts one and two. In district one, Kelley Allen will be running against Carolyn Vaughn while Joshua Tijernia will be running against Brian Rosas for the district two seat. Early voting will continue until Friday December 12th and election day will be held on Tuesday, December 16th.
