A Corpus Christi family is in mourning tonight after a car accident claimed the life of 10 year old Alaya Marshall. Alaya's mother told 3 News, "she was in choir. She was in tennis. She tried to help herself go to the spelling bee and I mean she was in fashion, when they had to do fashion shows at Rose Shaw. She was a good girl."
