In Flour Bluff, drivers called 911 after spotting smoke coming from a wooded area near NAS Drive and Highway 358. Firefighters responded and were able to keep a small brush fire from getting out of hand. It happened just after one o'clock and right now fire investigators are looking to see if it was sparked up by transients.
