2014 is on track to be the best year for U.S. job gains since 1999. Another 321,000 jobs were added in November. That's much higher than expected and appears to confirm recent signs of economic strength. The Labor Department said the gains are "wide-spread." The unemployment rate in November remained unchanged at 5.8 percent.
