A new addition to the City of Mathis opens up December 2014. After two years of construction, Smolik's Smokehouse will be opening it's doors and they're also opening a window on the history of that community. Rudy Trevino got a sneak peek Wednesday at the new facility that'll be serving up bar-b-que and history lessons at the same time.
