City of Corpus Christi City Hosts Tamale Class Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

The City of Corpus Christi hosted a cooking tamales class demonstration. It was a packed over at the Galvan House over at Heritage Park, as many folks wanted a few tips when it comes to making tamales. The event was held Saturday afternoon from 1:30 pm to3:00 pm. Special guest Sandra Vasquez, who is famous for creating the "Mas Tamales" masa spreader that can be found at many super markets, ran the class.
