Drivers Ordered To Pay For Padre Island Seashore Damage Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

A judge has ordered five drivers to pay more than $150,000 Dollars for damage caused to a restricted area of the Padre Island National Seashore. Officials say back in July of 2011 the drivers drove their vehicles into a prohibited area of the park causing major damage to the blue-green algae mats there.
