Man Arrested for Allegedly Punching a Female Officer in the Face Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

A seemingly random assault left a Corpus Christi police officer with a swollen right eye just after 2 a.m. Tuesday. One man was arrested for the assault, and according to his jail record, it's not his first run-in with the law.
