Man Caught on Live Video Surveillance Burglarizing AEP Plant Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

A 36-year old male was arrested by Corpus Christi police at around 1:25 a.m. Friday after he was spotted by security in live video surveillance breaking into American Electric Power Texas' Hill Power Plant in the 3600 block of Callicoate Road.
