Man Pleads Not Guilty To Intoxication Assault Charges Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

22-year-old Zalen Ellison appeared in court Wednesday to enter a not guilty plea to intoxication assault charges. The charges stem from an accident that took place back in December of 2013 that left a Green-N-Go Cab Driver with serious injuries. Ellison is scheduled to go on trial on January 22nd.
