At Del Mar College, three members of the board of regents were officially sworn in at Tuesday's meeting. Dr. Nick Adame, Guy Watts and Carol Scott all took the oak of office.Adame and Williams are both returning to the Del Mar College Board of Regents. This is Carol Scott's first time as a DMC Regent.At the ceremony Judge Missy Medary was there to swear in Scott, Justice of the Peace Judge Robert Balderas swore in Dr. Adame and DMC employee Jessica Alaniz showed up to help swear in Guy Watts.
