It was a year ago that a young man was allegedly driving drunk and crashed into a cab driver. That young man faced a judge on Wednesday. 22-year-old Zalen Ellison plead not guilty to a charge of intoxication assault. Ellison is accused of hitting a Green N Go Cab on December 5th of last year.
