Hannah Overton is out of prison for the first time in seven years. Tuesday, a Judge granted her a $50,000 bond. That bond was quickly paid and Overton was set free. The Judge also ruled that Hannah has no restrictions and can travel anywhere she wants. Next on tap for Overton's defense team, a motion asking that the case be dismissed. No hearing date for that has been set.
