We have an update on the Reid Street Apartments after a meeting Friday afternoon of the city's Building Standards Committee. The old apartment complex near Ray High School, condemned by Code Enforcement authorities, will be demolished in 60 days or the city will demolish it.Back in September, bankers foreclosed on the property and new owners sent eviction notices to all the tenants who have since left the property.
