Volunteers Help Pick Up Litter Outside City Hall and Surrounding Area Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

Volunteers with a group called "From our Hearts" spent Sunday afternoon by helping feed the less fortunate over in the parking lot of Corpus Christi City Hall. Volunteer Charles Ramseur said, "that is the way life is. We can not choose who's hungry. We pick and choose to feed everybody." After handing out meals to area homeless, the group went around the area of city hall and over at the Mother Teresa Shelter on Sam Rankin Street to pick up trash left along the sidewalks.
