Today we sat down with Hector Mendoza, Jose Mendoza's brother. Jose Mendoza, known as the rapper "Flatline" was shot and killed last week. He was involved in many fundraisers to help kids with autism, as well as began the 361 Fishing Club and was a member of the City Style car club. His suspected killer is out on bond.
