As spring break approaches, area law enforcement officials are expecting increased reports of underage drinking parties. Young adults with CCPD's Explorers program acted out scenarios today and helped in a demonstration at CCPD headquarters. Police officers received training on how to break up underage drinking parties and control the crowd, so those teenagers don't leave and drive off drunk.
