A local high school student athlete is making the Coastal Bend proud after being recruited by one of the country's top military academies. In tonight's Military Matters, Jane Monreal introduces us to a champion swimmer soon-to-be an Army Black Knight. Cecelia Croman, a senior at King High School is having a banner year.
