Police say he was after shades. A man was caught on camera allegedly swiping some pretty expensive sunglasses. Take a good look at the pictures provided by CCPD. The theft took place at Texas State Optical on the 4100 block of South Staples Street on March 18. Police released surveillance pictures of a man who they say picked out two pair of sunglasses and left without paying for them. The total value of the sunglasses was almost 400 dollars.
