HOLIDAY MAILING DEADLINES: The U-S Postal Service says the deadline to mail out packages or Christmas cards to friends and family is Monday, Dec. 15 with standard post to guarantee arrival by Christmas. If you want to mail guaranteed Global Express, that deadline is Wednesday, Dec. 17.
