Authorities say 2011 Murder Suspect Called 911 to Confess Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

It's a murder that has left police and the community looking for answers for more than 3 years. On Sunday an arrest was made in the murder of 51 year old Patricia Duling. Authorities say 59 year old Terry Smith called 911 to confess to the 2011 murder. Patricia Duling had been stabbed to death in her apartment at the Villa Del Sol Condos more than 3 year ago. Her body was found by her boyfriend who was once considered a suspect. He was eventually cleared during the investigation. Sunday morn...
