Family and friends are coming together to remember Gilbert Burrell on Sunday with a benefit to raise funds for his funeral expenses. Burrell was found shot next to a trash can at the Barcelona Apartments last Thursday in Kingsville becoming the city's first homicide victim of the year. Hugo Rangel-Botello has been arrested.
