Final Interviews for Steer Carcass Competition Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

It was also an exciting day of competition for a group of kids who have spent the last year raising steers and today was their final interview evaluation. The steers were sent to Sam Kane last week. Now the kids are eagerly awaiting the results of how well they did. Those steers had to weigh at least 1000 pounds to qualify for the competition.
