Late Friday evening Corpus Christi Police, with the help of several other law enforcement agencies, arrested a man accused of a fatally shooting that took place late last year. 36-year-old Gilberto Garcia was arrested at a home in the 3800 Block of Las Bahias Drive. He is accused of shooting and killing 51-year-old Gregorio Gonzales Lucio and injury two others in a shooting that took place on Sacky Drive back on December 27th.
