Source of Foul Odor Over the City Still Unknown Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

Corpus Christi Firefighters have a big mystery on their hands after a foul chemical or gas like odor could be smelled across the city. The smell concerned many people who flooded the 911 dispatch center with calls. Reports started coming in right around 10 Sunday morning. Dispatchers were flooded with 911 calls this morning prompting Corpus Christi Firefighters to investigate where the odor came from. Firefighters with the Refinery Terminal also sent crews to monitor the air quality
