Kingsville police have a 23-year old man in custody over the shooting death of 22-year old Gilbert Burrell, who was found shot and killed Thursday morning next to a trash can at the Barcelona Apartments in the 800 block of East Ailsie Street.The complex sits just a few blocks away from H.M. King High School.
