Capital Murder Trial in Cheryl Drive Shootings Continues Monday Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

The capital murder trial of Brendon Gaytan continues Monday after a week of emotional testimony. Gaytan is accused in a drive by shooting back in February of 2014 that left two young girls dead. 2 year old Lillyana Valent and 6 year old Neveah Oliva lost their lives in the shooting. Gaytan faces the death penalty if convicted. Cruz Salazar is also charged in the murders. The two men are being tried separately for the crime.
