Two Vigils Held For Murdered Local Rapper Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

A tremendous outpouring Friday night as friends and family remember 37-year-old Jose Jesus Mendoza, a local rapper and fisherman, held two separate vigils. Mendoza, who went by the rap name "Flatline", was fatally shot early Friday morning at a pier near the JFK Causeway.
