1 Dead, 1 Injured During Shooting in Falfurrias Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

One person is dead and another person was sent to the hospital following a shooting in Falfurrias late Friday night. Police Chief Ramiro Gonzales tells 3News shots were fired at a car on the 500 block of West Benavides Street. The driver, 26 year old Raymundo Gonzalez was struck and killed. A 22 year old woman who was a passenger in the car, was shot in the back and was taken to the hospital. It happened right around 9:30 Friday night.
