Dog Found with Foot Caught in Chain Link Fence Rescued Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

A dog thought to be dead Monday morning when it was found hanging by its leg from a chain link fence in the 9100 block of Scapular Street, near Clarkwood, was rescued by a news photographer.
