A man who was found guilty of aggravated sexual assault and sentenced to a life appeared in court Today trying to get a new trial. Rudy Rubio along with his attorney were in the 117th District Court today trying to get a new trial. Rubio was a local auto repair shop owner who was convicted back in January of sexually assaulting a woman back in 2013.
