HARRIS COUNTY, Texas(KHOU) – Constables are searching for a man who shot a female driver after she honked at him on the North Freeway early Friday.The shooting happened shortly after 7 a.m. between FM 1960 and Airtex, according to the Harris County Pct. 4 Constable's Office.The victim, 28, told officials she honked at a white SUV while trying to get on the freeway to go to work.
