Teen Bookfest Held to Encourage Reading Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

With technology and social media becoming more and more popular, it seems that books are becoming less so. Local librarians came together to organize the first ever Corpus Christi Teen Bookfest after attending similar events in other areas. The event was held Saturday at Ray High School and was open to teens all across the area. There were panels set up where kids could ask questions to over 16 authors.
