The weather is being blamed for an 18-wheeler accident Sunday afternoon that ended up blocking lanes of Highway 77 in Robstown. The accident happening just before one Sunday afternoon on Highway 77 near County Road 44. Officers say that the driver was going south on 77 when he lost control and struck a barrier, causing oil to leak onto the roadway.
