Group Serves Warm Meals to the Less Fortunate Johnny Heath Corpus Christi News Blog

The wet weather did not stop compassion on Saturday as a local group served a warm meal to the homeless. The group is called, Soldiers for Christ. Volunteers were out near city hall on Saturday serving hot dogs, snacks and water to area homeless. Rain or shine, you can find this group helping out the less fortunate in our community most Saturdays in the same location. We are told that over 200 hot dogs were served in just under an hour.
